BOOKING CONDITIONS

THE INTERNATIONAL CUBAN SALSA CONGRESS, 28TH NOV TO 1ST DEC 2008

Please note that you accept the following booking conditions when you pay for this event:

**Once we receive your booking, we will send you confirmation of your booking together with details of the total cost of the weekend and details of monies paid. A contract will be in place one your payment has cleared and we have dispatched confirmation. Please check your confirmation to ensure that all details of your booking, including accommodation type, are correct, as changes can only be made subject to availability and may not be possible closer to the event.

**Cuba-UK will provide you with a full refund of any monies paid, in the unlikely event that we should have to cancel this event. We will not provide any further compensation however for any inconveniences caused and advise you to take out insurance should you require cover.

**Should you cancel your booking, Cuba-UK will not provide you with a refund of any monies paid and you are therefore advised to seek appropriate insurance cover, to avoid the potential loss of any monies paid.

**You should not join our events if you suffer from any medical conditions, likely to be adversely affected by Salsa dancing. Cuba-UK can not be held liable for any injuries resulting from your participation in our events.

**Although we do not anticipate any material changes to the line-up or programme for this event, changes may be made to the programme and line-up, at our discretion and/or in response to circumstances beyond our control.
