The levels defined in the table below are
rough guidelines to help you decide which group to join.
If you are new to Cuban Style Salsa (i.e.
are used to cross-body styles) we recommend that you initially
join Level 2, irrespective of your dance level (with cross
body style) and then depending on your rate of learning, move
on to higher levels. If you are an experienced Cross-Body
Style dancer, you should join the "Intro 2 Cuban Salsa"
workshop at the start of the programme which will enable you
to fast-track directly to Level 3.
