BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please note that you accept the following booking conditions when you pay for this event:

**Havana Nights Limited will provide you with a full refund of any monies paid, in the unlikely event that we should have to cancel this event. We will not provide any further compensation however for any inconveniences caused and advise you to take out insurance should you require cover. Should you cancel your booking, Havana Nights will not provide you with a refund of any monies paid and you are therefore advised to seek appropriate insurance cover.

**You should not join our events if you suffer from any medical conditions, likely to be adversely affected by Salsa dancing. Havana Nights can not be held liable for any injuries resulting from your participation in our events.

**Although we do not anticipate any material changes to the line-up or programme for this event, changes may be made to the programme and line-up, at our discretion and/or in response to circumstances beyond our control.
