CubanaFest is brought to you by Havana Events (formely known as Cuba-UK) which has a rich track record of creating world-class cuban dance and music events, at idyllic locations and at fine venues, for dancers from across the world.

OUR HISTORY

PASION CUBANA, THE DELUXE SALSA RETREAT, BUCKLAND HALL, WALES, 2004 & 2005

We hosted our first three events, in 2004 and 2005, at Buckland Hall, a beautiful country mansion, in mid Wales. This was one of the first dedicated Cuban Salsa events in the UK and brought a touch of luxury to the scene!

THE INTERNATIONAL CUBAN SALSA CONGRESS, AT BODELWYDDAN CASTLE, 2006, 2007, 2008, NEXT EVENT NOVEMBER 2009

This is an annual sell out event which brings together dancers and artists from across the world, to a magical castle in North Wales.The event has enabled us to raise the profile of Cuban Salsa in the UK and bring top international artists, many to the UK for the first time. The Congress has also triggered the launch of many other Cuban Salsa weekenders across the country, creating a rich and exciting UK Cuban Salsa scene.

CUBANAFEST, AT SINAH WARREN HOTEL, JUNE 2009

CubanaFest brings together the perfect venue, an impressive lineup of Salsa bands, teachers, performers and DJ's and 600 guests from across the world, to create a sizzling summer Salsa festival of live music, dance workshops and parties, all hosted, indoors and outdoors, in one beautiful venue, by the sea. ,,,
