ROYALE ROOMS FOR ULTIMATE LUXURY

For the ultimate in indulgence these are the finest rooms we offer. Just 12 are available and each room has been individually furnished and decorated to bring out it’s own character. All the Royale Rooms have a four-poster bed, a spa bath, exceptional views across Langstone Harbour and extra space and touches of elegance. DINING

The Arbuthnot Restaurant features a full service, English and continental breakfast which will be served till late (9am to 11am) as a brunch. Then in the evening we lay the tables for one of the most enjoyable carvery restaurants on the South Coast. Both your brunch and evening dinner are in included in the price of the weekend. If you are still hungry, which we doubt, you can have lunch in The Coffee Lounge which has a wonderful airy feeling and overlooks the lawns and gardens. If it's sunny, why not take your coffee on the patio?

THE LATE LOUNGE

The Late Lounge is the perfect setting for the Gala Nights. It has state of the art sound and lighting, beautiful decor and a wooden dance floor and is able to accommodate all of our guests. There is a spacious separate bar next to The Late Lounge for dancing, mingling and lounging.

Directions by Car:

From the A27 Follow the A27 towards Havant and take the exit signposted Havant and Hayling Island. At the Havant roundabout turn onto the A3023 towards Hayling Island. Go straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the Seafront. Follow the road straight ahead, Sinah Warren Hotel is approximately 11/2 miles on the right hand side. Have a safe journey. We look forward to seeing you soon!
