The Havana Nights Salsa Programme is for total beginners through
to advanced dancers and is recognised as one the most structured and
effective Salsa programmes in the country. Our programme ensures that
you learn the right content, at the right time, at the right pace, and
at the right price, whilst having fun. SALSA DANCING IS ONE OF THE BEST FORMS OF EXERCISE Some of the health and fitness benefits of salsa dancing are: weight loss and muscle gain, boosting your physical endurance and range of motion all while learning the latest salsa dance steps. Dancing salsa can burn up to 10 calories a minute, without harmful side effects caused by high impact exercises such as running. You can join in our lessons, whatever your fitness level, so long as you don't have any medical conditions likely to be aggravated by dance. SALSA DANCING IS A GREAT WAY OF MAKING NEW FRIENDS Any evening of the week you will find hundreds of people attending salsa lessons and dancing the night away in any of the many amazing salsa venues in the region. In addition, through Havana Nights, you have access to an exciting choice of other social events. Most come on their own, so don't worry about finding a dance partner - we rotate dance partners so you'll get to dance with and meet lots of new people. We don't wear fancy outfits, just come in what you feel comfortable in. Don't worry about your age, Salsa is for everyone.
