Shake off the winter blues with a 'Taste Of The Caribbean' - we have a beautiful new venue, a mouth watering Caribbean hot buffet and cocktails plus entertainment with the one and only, Wilson Castro, from the Dominican Rebublic.

The hotel’s spectacular 3rd floor roof top terrace bar and restaurant overlooking the city is the perfect dining and dancing space and is available for our exclusive use on the night.

The highly acclaimed Maiyango restaurant is regarded as one of the best dining experiences in the UK, with a combination of award winning food, stunning cocktails and an intimate atmosphere make for a perfect eating experience.

THE FOOD

At Maiyango they take great pride in producing a fabulous dining experience. At the centre of this lies the most important ingredient, the food. Head Chef Phillip Sharpe’s passion and creativity is evident in all of Maiyango’s dishes. He hand selects only the best, locally sourced, freshest ingredients. His desire is to produce contemporary fine dining at its best, each dish, individually created and inspired from his travels around the world.

The night includes a welcome cocktail and a caribbean hot buffet including: Caribbean Chicken Curry, Caribbean Vegetable Curry, Rice & Condiments, Mixed Salad, Stuffed Potato Skins and Tropical Fruit Salad to finish.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

The night kicks off with a fun Bachata lesson (a beautiful and easy dance from the Dominican Republic) for all with Wilson Castro. Dinner will be followed by animation and partying with Wilson Castro, from the Dominican Republic and one of the most charismatic and exciting personalities on the Latin scene.
